Ready to ship product:

Ready to ship products are processed once a week. Orders placed by the end of the week & through the weekend will be packaged on Monday and shipped by Thursday! Please allow up to a week to arrive.

Greeting cards are packaged with care and shipped in a flatmailer.

International Orders:

Please note the duty/customs taxes and/or fees for international orders. Not only do these vary per country, but they are also the buyer's responsibility. Each international order will have the required customs form labels. In these customs forms, they will include the contents and
purchase prices of your item(s). Please allow up to a month for letters to arrive!

Refunds & Returns:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any product. For undamaged goods, they must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

However, if there is damage to your order upon arrival please, send photos to jess@soriano.studio to be reviewed - all orders are carefully packaged and sent with love. If damaged, I will pay for the return shipping costs.
